Wellbeing Practitioner 

 

  • Contract: Remote UK based, Permanent, Part-time
  • Hours: 20 hours per week (Service core hours are 9-5 Mon to Fri)
  • Salary: £21714 per annum (£38,000 FTE)
  • Location: Remote (Work from home) you must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Reports to: Wellbeing Team Manager

The role

We’re looking for experienced wellbeing practitioners to join our growing team and help shape the experience of patients starting their journey with Anne. You’ll be responsible for conducting intake sessions with new patients, providing a warm, professional introduction to our services whilst gathering essential clinical and psychosocial information. You’ll also provide ongoing counselling and therapy sessions for clients who would benefit from regular therapeutic support.

This role is central to how patients experience Anne. You’ll create a safe, affirming space where people feel heard and understood, whilst ensuring we have the information needed to provide excellent, individualised care. You’ll work collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams to support smooth onboarding and ongoing patient wellbeing.

Administrative Support Assistant (multiple roles)

 

  • Contract: Remote UK based, Permanent, Full time
  • Hours: 35 hours per week (9-5 Mon to Fri)
  • Salary: £25,000 per annum rising to £28,000 after 6 months
  • Location: Remote (Work from home) you must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Application deadline: 5pm 23rd February 2026

We are recruiting four Administrative Support team members to join Anne during an exciting period of growth. These roles will sit across three teams, providing essential administrative support that keeps our services running smoothly and our patients well looked after.

The posts are allocated as follows:
  • Patient Services Team: supporting patient communication, appointment management, and enquiry handling as the first point of contact for our patients.
  • Blood Team: providing administrative support for blood test coordination, results management, and liaison with patients and clinical colleagues.
  • Finance & HR: supporting day-to-day finance administration, HR processes, and general operational tasks.
All four roles share a common set of core skills and responsibilities. Team-specific duties will be confirmed during onboarding based on your allocated team.
